Very bored, kinda lonely... So I thought I would just rant since I really have nothing to do and my inspiration for drawing has kind of faded for the time being.
I tried to draw some Invader Zim art for you guys, but I had a bit of trouble again coming up with something original and interesting. So sorry, no Zim art still and I doubt any of you care to see my own original work so I will just keep that to myself.
Well, I finally have a job! I am working the after school program at my mom's school she works at. I get paid $11.48 an hour to watch kids so that's not a bad gig I think! Of course, it can be a bit challenging at times, but it teaches me patience and I am learning some leadership skills I thought I would never get. I will only be working it until the end of the school year though, then I plan on moving out of Georgia and getting on with my life. It's a pretty good first job though and I hope to get a job I can work on the weekends as well.
I went to a concert last weekend! I went to see the Gentlemen Of The Road tour; a two day concert where about 10 different bands played. The main bands I went to see were Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, FUN. and Mumford & Sons. FUN. didn't show up though, so John Fogarty took their place and holy shit... THAT WAS SO WORTH THE LOSS OF SEEING FUN!! He was just amazing! And the fact that they pulled that together in only a matter of hours was astonishing! But... Of course Mumford & Sons was the main event and I can not tell you how much fun they were... They were just so freaking amazing.. And I have never in my life seen a crowd at a concert as big as this one. There were about 30,000 people in this fairground and I was lucky enough to be so close to the stage! After seeing pictures of the concert, it amazed me to know that I was in that! I was there all day though, so I was really dirty and sweaty but my god.. That was one of the most intense shows I have ever seen! I defiantly want to see Mumford & Sons again.
OH HERE IS MY FRIEND AND I MEETING THE MEMBERS OF THE BAND BEAR'S DEN. THEY WERE SO COOL AND BRITISH. scontent-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hp…
Uh... I don't really know what else I want to talk about. I just wanted to waste some time since I really don't want to go to bed this early. I would offer to do an iScribble session, but I assume a lot of you are in school so you will be in bed soon. Or maybe you won't if you're a little rebel. I don't know what I'm talking about... Maybe one time we could all do a google hangout or tinychat, if anyone is interested. I don't know... I kind of feel like being social since sitting here in loneliness all the time is starting to make me a little depressed.
Hope all is well!
